Ready to dip into painting acrylics? Then this is the class for you! Kathleen's engaging and encouraging teaching style is perfect for both art novices and students wanting to expand their painting skills.
In this five-week course, Kathleen Moore will teach aspiring artists everything they need to know to get started painting in acrylic. The beginning painter, or the more experienced one who would appreciate a refresher, will learn to choose the right supplies, planning and composition of their paintings, and color-mixing. Kathleen will demonstrate basic painting tips and techniques, then lead the students through putting them into supported practice. The series of classes will offer developing artists a guide to acrylic painting full of valuable exercises and individualized advice to help them master this colorful, approachable medium.
